Pot of GoldWhat You Need: Paper plate Toilet tissue or paper towel roll Glue Paint What to Do: 1. Cut down the toilet paper or paper towel roll down to about two-inches. Paint it black. 2. Cut the paper plate in half. Cut out an arc shape from the outside edge of the paper plate. Make sure the end of the arc can fit into the hole in the painted paper roll. 3. Paint the arc so it looks like a rainbow. 4. Once the paint is dry, slide one end of the rainbow into the black paper roll and glue it in place.
