Sample Christmas Letter:

Dear Christopher,

It's nearly Christmas! I can't believe how fast the year goes by! The elves and I have been busy all year making toys to fill my sleigh. I didn't know if I'd be able to make it this year!

Sometimes I forget where I put things. Usually it's things like my glasses or my keys, but this time I couldn't find my list. You know the one, the one with all the names of the children of the world and if they've been good or bad.

I looked just about everywhere for it! In the workshop, the reindeer stable, the kitchen, my bedside table, and the den -- everywhere. It wasn't anywhere to be found. I checked twice before asking Mrs. Claus and the elves to help me.

We turned the North Pole upside down looking for the list. Mrs. Claus suggested that I sit down and try to remember where I was the last time I saw it. I followed her suggestion but it was no good. I just couldn't find it.

Suddenly I heard Mrs. Claus shout from upstairs in the bedroom. She came downstairs and exclaimed, "I found it in the pocket of the pants you wore yesterday!"

I blushed and thanked her for finding the list for me.

While I was checking my list, I saw that you've been a very good boy this year. I see that you've been keeping your room clean and taking good care of your dog Lady. Keep up the good work! And don't forget to play nicely with your friend Enrique!

Have a Merry Christmas Christopher!

Love,

Santa

PS -- Don't forget to leave me cookies and milk and a carrot for the reindeer!
