Sleeping Groundhog

What You Need:

2 egg carton cups

Brown construction paper

Paint

Markers

Scissors

Glue

Transparent Tape

What to Do:

1. Paint the outside of the egg carton cups. The bottom one will be the ground and the top one above ground. Allow to dry completely.

2. Draw a small groundhog on a piece of brown paper and cut out. Use markers to draw a face and other features on the groundhog.

3. Glue the groundhog onto the inside of the bottom egg carton cup. Allow to dry.

4. Tape one side of the bottom cup to the top cup to create a 'hinge'. You can open the other side and see the groundhog sleeping inside.
