Horn Noise Maker
What You Need:
Paper towel or toilet tissue roll
Wax paper
Rubber band
Pencil
What to Do:
1. Decorate the tube however you'd like.
2. With a pencil, poke a few holes into the cardboard roll about one-inch apart.
3. Cut a four-inch square piece of wax paper. Secure the wax paper over one end of the cardboard roll using the rubber band.
4. Blow into the uncovered end to make noise.
